29 September, 2021:

Sintecnica Engineering Srl (“Sintecnica”), an engineering and consulting company with offices in central and northern Italy, announces the opening of new operational offices in the city of Novara, a historic industrial zone in Italy’s Piedmont region boasting a rich history of excellence in electrical engineering.

The office location, which is prepared to serve as a functional working space for up to fourteen engineers and administrative persons, was strategically chosen due to its proximity to both of Novara’s train stations and will serve as home office to a number of Sintecnica’s electrical engineering team as well as the smart-working hub and open space for the firm’s growing Service division, Sintecnica Expert Staffing.

“This is a great day for the Sintecnica community,” said Luca Menini. “Our team numbers just over 100 and we’re working in six cities.”

“This isn’t our first office in Novara, and we’re invested in growing it.” Menini added. “We want to thank the Novara community and our great engineers, salesmen, and support staff for believing in our Vision and for working to help it grow.”

The company notes that the products and services offered out of the Novara office are comprehensive, representing the full spectrum of the company’s capabilities.

The event’s organizer, Sintecnica Key Account Manager, Lorenzo Santambrogio, spoke to the company’s approach to office planning. “Sintecnica is a community-driven company. It’s a company that cares about its employees and that understands the market, and I think you see that in this office. Luca [Menini] and the leadership team understand the team’s needs and have put in place a process and technology-first approach to interoffice organization and collaboration. Whether we’re working with the team in Milan, or Genova, or Pisa or Cecina, we have what we need to deliver value to the client. And we know that’s what matters.”
